Fun Forever Amusement Rides – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fun Forever Amusement Rides manufactures and supplies amusement rides and entertainment equipment across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, transport, and deliver orders.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Shipping begins only after invoice clearance (advance or full payment as per agreement).

  • Standard arcade equipment & smaller rides may require 15–45 days of production.

  • Large mechanical rides, customized products, and installation-required items require 45–120 days, depending on size and specifications.

  • An estimated delivery/dispatch schedule will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

⚠️ Production time does not include transit time.


2. Delivery Methods

We ship through trusted logistics companies, cargo transporters, and freight services suitable for heavy amusement equipment. Depending on the order, transport may include:

  • Heavy-load trucks

  • Local transport cargo carriers

  • Trailer containers for large rides

  • Special packaging or wooden crating (if required)

Tracking and logistics details will be provided when available from the carrier.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Freight/transport charges are based on weight, size, volume, and delivery destination.

  • Shipping cost is not included in product pricing unless clearly mentioned in the quotation.

  • Any additional unloading, forklift, crane, or material-handling cost at the delivery site must be arranged and paid by the buyer.

⚠️ Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen logistics interruptions.


5. Packaging & Safety

  • All goods are inspected and packed securely before dispatch.

  • Extra packaging such as wooden crates, bubble wrapping, or waterproof packing may incur additional charges when requested by the buyer or required for transit safety.


6. Unloading & Site Requirements

  • The customer is responsible for unloading the products at the delivery location.

  • Heavy equipment may require forklift, crane, or manpower, which must be arranged by the customer.

  • Improper unloading or handling at the customer’s site which results in damage is not the manufacturer’s responsibility.


7. Transport Damage Policy

  • If goods are damaged externally during transit, it must be reported on the spot:

    • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

    • Take photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Report damage within 24–48 hours of receiving the goods.

Failure to report within the timeframe may result in rejection of any claim.


8. International Shipping

(Only applicable where applicable/available)

  • Customs duties, clearance charges, port handling, taxes, and import levies are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

  • Documentation (export invoice, packing list, etc.) will be provided by Fun Forever Amusement Rides.


9. Force Majeure

Fun Forever Amusement Rides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, political restrictions, or government regulations.
