Fun Forever Amusement Rides – Returns & Refund Policy

At Fun Forever Amusement Rides, we prioritize quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a manufacturer of amusement rides and entertainment equipment, we follow a strict inspection and delivery process. This policy explains the terms of returns, replacements, and refunds applicable to our products.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the technical, customized, and safety-based nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The product received is different from the model ordered
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team
✔ The product is damaged during transit (must be reported within the time limit)

Change of mind, design preference change, or product misuse are not eligible for return.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective at the time of delivery:

  • Customized amusement rides

  • Equipment manufactured to client specifications

  • Products with custom color themes, seating, or branding

  • Used or installed rides and arcade machines

  • Spare parts, electrical components, motors, sensors, and panels


3. Time Limit for Return Request

  • Any eligible issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Issues must be reported with photos/videos, invoice copy, and product serial details.

  • After 48 hours, the order will be considered accepted and non-returnable.


4. Inspection & Approval Process

Once a complaint is received:

  1. A technical inspection will be conducted remotely or on-site (if required).

  2. If manufacturing fault or damage is confirmed, replacement or repair will be offered.

  3. Our team will decide whether the product needs:

    • Repair at customer site

    • Return to our facility

    • Complete replacement

⚠️ Decision for return/repair/replacement is solely based on engineering inspection and safety standards.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

  • The ordered model is unavailable

  • The order is canceled before production begins

  • The manufacturer confirms a defect that cannot be repaired or replaced

📌 Once manufacturing/production has started, no refunds will be issued.
This includes customized rides, game cabinets, painting themes, sizes, and technical modifications.


6. Transport Damage

  • Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately, noting it on the delivery receipt and providing photos/videos.

  • Damage caused by improper unloading, installation, or handling at customer site is not covered.


7. Replacement Time

Replacement time depends on the product category:

  • Small arcade parts: 7–21 business days

  • Ride components & mechanical assemblies: 21–60 business days

  • Full rides requiring re-fabrication: 45–90 business days


8. Installation & Warranty

Returns/refunds are not applicable for defects caused by:

  • Improper installation by unauthorized technicians

  • Misuse, overloading, or unsafe operation

  • Lack of maintenance or ignoring safety guidelines

Warranty terms are provided separately with each product.
